How we work

We listen.

Every organization as a story worth understanding before it's ever told.

We uncover what matters.

Together, we identify the purpose, values and strengths that make your organization unique.

We build strategy.

From brand positioning to communications planning, we create a roadmap for meaningful engagement.

We tell stories that build trust.

Every recommendation, campaign and communication is designed to strengthen relationships, not only attention.

Our Impact

Change Your Colours

Maskwacis Cree Tribal Council (MCTC)

A strategic communications initiative addressing youth involvement in gangs. With limited initial resources, the team secured additional funds to expand the reach of this important message. Grounded in culturally driven storytelling and community outreach, this campaign found success in highlighting cultural identity as a protective factor against violence.

This campaign led to the MCTC and its Young Warriors Program now being seen as a leader in addressing youth violence and community healing, creating an ongoing dialogue about their services.
